Yes! This is all built into our Holistic Health Coaching program.
Nope! Most of our members and athletes start from “scratch.” We assess each new member’s fitness level and then create a customized 4-week training program. This allows us to meet you exactly where you are and strategically build over time.
Driven is fundamentally about two things: development and results. We don’t just make you “sore and tired,” instead, we strategically develop your health, fitness, physique, and performance. You are developed at Driven, you don’t go through the motions. Hence, why we ALWAYS stand for results.
Less than you think! Most people think they need to sell their soul to the gym in order to get results. Not true. Because our programs are so efficient and effective we create results in as little as twice a week for adults and once a week for athletes.
Actually, we don’t run a “class” based gym. Think of this as personal training but at a fraction of a cost. Depending on the time, you train with other adults or athletes but you are doing YOUR program and being coached from beginning to end.
