When I came to Driven 2 years ago I was looking to get stronger, build muscle and have someone to hold me accountable. I am a 50 y/o male. The post Covid haze is real and has affected a lot of people. As we get older we are less inclined to try new things. Driven has helped me get out of my comfort zone. I am so far into the program that not only am I still lifting and getting stronger but also sprinting, and testing my vertical jump at every session. Gary and Brandon do a great job acclimating you to your potential so you can achieve your goals. What I have learned the most is consistency above all else is the key to success. If I can’t 3 to 4 hours a week towards fitness then what are we doing. Not only is it a great place to workout and challenge yourself but Driven is a community. We work hard and also have fun while doing it. Most of all Gary graciously volunteered his time to help me coach the 13-15 Girls sprint track program at Randolph. He helped me design a speed program that helped my girls have a great track season. Much appreciated. I highly recommend Gary Vesper and his program at Driven.

While the world has become monopolized mega corps, Driven Fitness stands alone in personalized training. While my brain tells me I can still do moves like I am 22 years old, Gary helped me get and stay strong and mobile using modifications. He is a wealth of fitness and nutrition information. Most importantly it is a fun, family, and non intimidating environment. Setting lifting records aren’t important to me, staying healthy is. Gary helps me do that. Keep up the good work. Tim

When you start at Driven, your health, fitness, and performance levels will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. The key to seeing life-changing results is consistency and commitment over time.

Yes! This is all built into our Holistic Health Coaching program.

Nope! Most of our members and athletes start from “scratch.” We assess each new member’s fitness level and then create a customized 4-week training program. This allows us to meet you exactly where you are and strategically build over time.

Driven is fundamentally about two things: development and results. We don’t just make you “sore and tired,” instead, we strategically develop your health, fitness, physique, and performance. You are developed at Driven, you don’t go through the motions. Hence, why we ALWAYS stand for results.

Less than you think! Most people think they need to sell their soul to the gym in order to get results. Not true. Because our programs are so efficient and effective we create results in as little as twice a week for adults and once a week for athletes.

Actually, we don’t run a “class” based gym. Think of this as personal training but at a fraction of a cost. Depending on the time, you train with other adults or athletes but you are doing YOUR program and being coached from beginning to end.

Fitness & Performance Coach

As a young athlete I had the privilege of training at Driven for six straight years. It was my training home and I have countless amazing memories here. It was also great training with similar athletes from different towns year after year. We pushed, cheered, and followed each others athletic careers.

My parents also called Driven home for many years. I vividly remember seeing the expression of pride and excitement from all they have accomplished.

After graduating from Penn State with an Exercise Science degree and interning at Driven throughout my college career, there was no place I would rather coach than at the training facility I called home for so many years. Now it is my turn as a Driven coach to help adults and athletes achieve the same results my family and I received.

The Driven experience is personal for me. Both of my parents spent years training here so I know the impact it had on their lives. Now it is my turn to pay it forward to the next generation of athletes and driven adults.

Level 3 Crossfit Instructor (CCFT), OPT (optimal performance training) program design and assessment, Crossfit anatomy course, FMS level 1 (functional movement screening).

My love for health, fitness, and performanc stems from my experiences playing sports, experiencing injuries, a lifetime in the gym, and being a husband and father.

As a young athlete, Driven would have been the program and facility I needed to take my ability to the next level. I had talent, but getting stronger and more explosive the “Driven way” would have transformed my game.

As a college athlete who experienced recurring ACL surgeries, I didn’t have Driven to help me on my path back. Instead, I had cookie-cutter big box “speed” facilities that were big on marketing gimmicks but didn’t create results.

As a father and husband for 10+ years, Driven is what I need to stay healthy, fit, and pain-free. Due to my history of severe sport-related injuries, I wouldn’t be able to survive in a group workout class or semi-private training that does “modifications” on the fly. I need a structured training plan that understands how to get results while keeping me pain-free. I can do that for myself, it is my passion to help others who can’t help themselves. Plus, I love being healthy for my family and I plan on being active, vibrant, and fit for decades to come!

As I’ve gotten older, many people close to me talk about how they just don’t know how to “be healthy” that maximizes their time, creates results, and makes it fun. Driven is the sustainable path for adults like myself who want to be fit, strong, lean, and healthy for years to come.
